This is my story about where I went to on vacation. I went to Chestnut Grove Cabins. In Logan Ohio. This is a project for Mrs. Webb’s class which is social studies. I am telling you where I was and what I did there and who I went with.

Ohio get’s 20 to 40 inches of rain, Annual Rainfall of Ohio is getting 500 to 1,000 millimeters of rain.The population In 2010 is 7,152 in the month of August. It’s the only high school in the Logan-Hocking school district. With Athletics. The current Mayor of Logan is Republican Martin Irvine,who began a four-year term in January 2012. Logan was established one mile below the “Great Falls” of the Hocking River around the river and a branch of the Ohio canal.

I went to Chestnut Grove Cabins in Logan Ohio. I went with my Mom, my Dad, my two brothers, and my Papaw Rick and Cindy. We had hot dogs, mac and cheese, and corn. It took 1 to 3 hours to get there. We got in the hot tub then we had S’mores and we saw this brown puff thing that kept eating the dog food. We got to play with my Papaw Rick and Cindy’s dogs Rainbow, and Lizzie. We could see everything it was like a Rain forest there, when you would look outside it was so pretty.

The Cabin we stayed in was so pretty it reminded me of a castle because, the top of the house was pointy. I even think the Cabin was bigger than my house. I loved it there. There was a big back yard. There was so many trees and a big pretty view. We got to feed the dogs. There was this Garden Snake and my dad killed it with a shovel. We brought this big box of Lego’s that we got and the dog ate some of the Lego’s in it. We got to throw rocks down the big hill in the back yard. It was very pretty. We got to feed wild animals like deer, squirrels, bunny’s, and even more. We heard coyotes howling. We got to help carry wood. It was awesome there. I want to thank my Mom and my Dad cause I had so much fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
